WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
Although Fuful is based in Boston, we can deliver to any location within the contiguous United States!
Regrettably, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
At Fuful Bakery, our primary shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. Typically, a Fuful Box takes 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your proximity to us.
HOW TO TRACK MY BOX DELIVERY
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number.
CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS IF THE ORDER'S IN TRANSIT
We aren't able to update the shipping address once an order is already in transit, because this causes the carrier to then hold the box for several days at a sorting facility while they process the update, and then your items unfortunately arrive warm to the member.
However, you can reach out to us to update your address information before the items are shipped.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE BOX
No, we send our box without needing a signature upon delivery, so you don't have to be home to receive your items.
However, you should plan to unpack your box and place the products in your freezer as soon as possible.
What happens to your box after the carrier confirms delivery is your responsibility.
WHAT IF IT'S SAID DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND MY BOX
We apologize that you're unable to locate your delivered box. Here are a few possibilities that could explain the situation:
1) Occasionally, drivers leave packages in different spots than usual. If you reside in a house, have you checked the end of your driveway or any additional doors, such as garage doors? If you're in an apartment, besides your apartment door and the lobby, is there another place in your building where the driver might have left your package?
2) If you still can't locate your delivered box after checking these spots, is there someone else at your address who might have accepted the delivery for you?
3) Lastly, drivers sometimes mark an order as delivered but actually deliver it later that day.
